Privacy notice for this website

This notice covers the KYCoff marketing website only. Identity checks carried out with KYCoff have their own privacy notice from the firm that asked you to verify your identity.

Who we are. KYCoff is a product of [Company name] Ltd, registered in Malta (C [number]). Contact: hello@kycoff.eu.

What this website collects. Nothing about you is collected by the pages themselves: there are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no forms. Like every website, our hosting provider (Netlify) processes your IP address and browser details for a short time to deliver the pages and protect them against abuse.

If you email us. When you write to hello@kycoff.eu (for example to book a demo), we use your name, email and message to reply and to arrange the demo, based on the steps you asked us to take (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)). We keep the correspondence for as long as needed for that conversation and any contract that follows, then delete it.

Your rights. You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@kycoff.eu. You can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt).
